Complete with a 3 dimensional monitoring and remote transmission diagnosis device and fully digitalized circuit control, the machine is easy to operate due its high automation. The machine uses the advanced 2-layer extrusion coating with the coating precision less than 0.003mm. The machine is fitted with heating ovens and cold calendaring unit and an additional on-line water content, coating quantity tester is also possible. Indepent automatic intelligent temperature control and a double close-looped automatic control of all section of tension.
