The machine is developed by our company, As a specialty coating machine for photo-electronic sector, it can be applied to the production of circuit board, IP cricuit board, printing circuit board, photo-sensitive film, silver-salt film, electricity conductor, LCD screen, insulation materials, automobile thermal insulation film. Computer centralized control of the machine is achievable by means of microcomputer vector inverter speed regulation, PLC and digital modules. Complete with a 3 dimensional monitoring and remote trasmission diagnosis device and fully digitalized circuit control, the machine is easy to operate due its high automation. The machine uses the advanced 2-layer extrusion coating with the coating precision less than 0.003mm. The machine is fitted with heating ovens and cold calendaring unit and an additional on-line water content, coating quantity tester is also possible. Independent automatic intelligent temperature control and a double close-looped automatic control of all section of tension. It possesses such features as high precision, high efficiency, low energy consumption and safe and envuronmentally friendly. The machine reaches the advanced level of similar product in the world.
